The beginning of the year itself starts with the holiday mood back from last month of December. Late winters are the best time to visit Agra, Delhi, Khajuraho (MP). Warm your hearts even in the cold winters. And if you are a beach lover then the one-stop destination is Goa and Jan will be perfect. Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry can be in the list if you want to explore South India.
February, the month of love and lovers attract a lot of beautiful destinations in India. The transition from winter to spring also makes it a special time to cherish. Some of my favourite destinations of this time- Kerala, Goa, Mumbai and Jaipur (Rajasthan). Kerala backwaters, views and the Valentines time creates the magic. Jaisalmer is also a perfect place in Feb because the deserts can never be explored in any other season. So a desert safari is the best choice.

After the scorching heat of May, mid-June in India gets monsoons and makes travel little interesting. Family vacations are in great numbers in June. Places like Rishikesh, Trithan Valley, Andaman, Goa, Kasol, Manali are the best destinations with friends and family.
With setting monsoon, it sure is a wake-up call to go vacationing. Do not curse the season for being stuck inside, instead pack your bags because monsoon brings a time when you can actively communion with nature. So if you are a nature lover this is the perfect time to meet the hills, valleys, mountains, waterfalls and jungles. The Valley of Flowers, Uttarakhand is like a paradise on earth. Few more loved destinations are Kodaikanal, Gangtok, Coorg and Nainital. Indulge in the lush greenery and make a memorable July.
This time of the year gives you lush green mountains, beautiful sunsets, crystal clear waters reflecting vibrant green surroundings and not to miss, the sky-high waterfalls.
